Zytel HTN 51G35HSL BK083 PPA玻璃增强
PPA树脂既有半结晶态的，也有非结晶态的，其玻璃化温度在255°F左右。非结晶态的PPA主要用于要求阻隔性能的场合；半结晶态的PPA树脂主要用于注塑加工，也用于其它熔融加工工艺下半结晶态PPA树脂，特别注明的除外。半结晶态PPA的熔点约590°F，以不透明矩形切片的形式供应。 PPA树脂比脂肪类聚酰胺如尼龙6，66等更结实坚硬；对水分的敏感度更低；热性能更好；而且蠕变、疲劳和耐化学品性能也好得多。含45%玻璃短纤维的PPA树脂，抗张强度约276MPa，弯曲模量超过13786MPa，热变形温度HDT 549°F。即使矿物填料级的PPA，抗张强度也能达到117MPa。PPA树脂的延展性不如尼龙6，66，然而已经开发出未增强的冲击改性级PPA树脂，其缺口悬臂梁式冲击强度高达20英尺磅/英寸。
