TPEE热塑性弹性体的简单概述，TPEE俗称海翠料，本色为乳白色或者淡黄色,硬度范围从30D到84D,耐磨,拉伸强度高,耐油,耐老化,使用温度范围广泛,加工性能好,可与PC、 PVC、 ABS.PS、PBT以及含有聚酯基团等材料有很好的粘着性能,与PA、PP也有一定的粘着强度。常用于汽车配件,天线,无声齿轮,减震块，管件等。TPEE的硬度可以从邵氏D32到D80变化,其弹性和强度介于橡胶和塑料之间。与其他热塑性弹性体(TPE)相比,在低应变条件下, TPEE模量比相同硬度的其他TPE高。当以模量为重要的设计条件时,用TPEE可缩小制品的横截面积,减少材料用量。在温以上, TPEE弯曲模量很高,适宜制作悬臂梁或扭矩型部件,特别适合制作高温部件。TPEE低温柔顺性好,低温缺口冲击强度优于其他TPE。TPEE具有优异的耐疲劳性能,与高弹性特点相结合,使该材料成为多次循环负载使用条件下的理想材料,适宜制作齿轮、胶辊、挠性联轴节、皮带等。

热塑性聚酯弹性体(TPEE)又称聚酯橡胶，是一类含有PBT（聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯）聚酯硬段和脂肪族聚酯或聚醚软段的线型嵌段共聚物。TPEE兼具橡胶优良的弹性和热塑性塑料的易加工性，软硬度可调，设计自由，是热塑性弹性体中倍受关注的新品种。

TPEE的特性是:

3. 优异的耐冲击性能,尤其是在低温(-40℃)

9. 与油漆，胶水和金属均具有极好的粘结性

10. 加工的多样性和易与加工，熔融流动性好，熔融状态稳定，收缩率低，结晶速度快。

由于TPEE具有突出的机械强度、优良的回弹性和宽广的使用温度等综合性能，在汽车制件、液压软管、电缆电线、电子电器、工业制品、文体用品、生物材料等领域得到了广泛的应用，其中在汽车工业中的应用最广，占70%以上。
