Ryton聚对苯硫醚(PPS)是由硫原子和亚苯基环以对位替换模式形成的聚合物。其分子结构中含有高度稳定的化学键,使其对热降解和化学反应均具有很高的分子稳定性。同时,该聚合物的分子结构也易于形成一个具有热稳定性的晶体点阵,因此,PPS 是一种结晶熔点高达285°C(545°F)左右的半晶状聚合物。由于其分子结构所呈现的特点,PPS 在燃烧中往往会形成炭质残渣,使材料具有与生俱来的阻燃性能。尚未发现 PPS在低于 200°C(392°F)左右的温度下,溶于任何溶剂。
Ryton PPS与生俱来的独特性能组合在各大重工业领域中得到了广泛应用,包括用于增强注塑复合材料常用领域以外的产品。 Ryton PPS 具有良好的热稳定性,并能耐受各种化学品,因此非常适用于化学腐蚀严重的环境。Rvton PPS 聚合液在纤维挤出、防粘涂料及耐化学腐蚀涂料中有着独特的应用。此外还有很多纯PFS聚合物,作为客户配混及模压成型加工用的原材料。Ryton PPS为诸多生产、设计、性能挑战提供了解决方案。易于加工、废料可回收,方便部件整合、更高效的生产以及节约原料。 Ryton PPS 可用更少的材料,生产更加可靠的产品,耐高温稳定性、出色的机械强度和尺寸一致性,并可以耐受常规溶剂、碱性溶液和稀酸的腐蚀。
