抗冲击PA6 Radilon S RCP3010LK 100 NT
PA6树脂在加工前是有必要对材料进行干燥处理的,一般对材料在80-90度的温度进行烘烤7-8个小时,或在108℃-120℃真空烘箱中烘7小时以上。纯树脂的外观颜色白色或或微、或半的结晶性树脂,它可以配成任何的颜色,
PA6的分子量一般在1.6-3.3万之间.PA6物理密度在1.13-1.15之间,PA6尼龙的成型收缩率0.9%~2.1%。需注意成型后吸湿的尺寸变化。吸水率相对吸湿饱和时能吸8%.使用温度可45~110℃之间。熔点:218-290℃。壁厚2.2-3.6mm。
PA6的机械性能中如抗拉抗压强度随温度和吸湿量而改变。因为PA6的熔融温度大概在220℃左右,所以具有较宽的加工范围。相比PA66有更好的抗冲击性和抗溶解性,但吸湿性也更强。为了PA6的机械特性,经常加入各种各样的改性剂。玻璃纤维就是常见的添加剂,有时为了抗冲击性还加入增韧剂。对于没有添加剂的产品,PA6的收缩率在1%到1.5%之间。加入玻璃纤维添加剂可以使收缩率到0.3%但和流程相垂直的方向还要稍高一些。成型组装的收缩率主要受材料结晶度和吸湿性影响。
PA6加工方式:可用注塑、挤出、烧结、吹塑、模压、浇注以及流化床浸渍涂覆等工艺加工各类制品。其中主要以注射成型。
用途:
广泛应用于机械、仪器仪表、汽车部件、电子电气、铁路、家电、通讯、纺机、体育休闲用品、油管、油箱及一些精密工程制品。
电子电器:连接器、卷线轴、计时器、护盖断路器、开关壳座
汽车: 散热风扇、门把、油箱盖、进气隔栅、水箱护盖、灯座
工业零件:椅座、自行车输框、溜冰鞋底座、纺织、踏板、滑输
